Is there onsite parking available?
At each of our Concert in the Garden venues, we’re making it easy for you to enjoy the music without the stress of parking. Free parking is available on-site at every location, so you can arrive with ease. Just follow the directions of our friendly parking attendants, who will ensure you’re parked quickly and ready to enjoy the event. Sit back, relax, and let the good times roll, knowing your parking is taken care of!
What liquids can I bring into the venue?
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, please be aware that no liquids are permitted into the venue.
All bags will be searched upon entry, and any liquids will need to be disposed of or left in your vehicle before entering the concert area.
The only exception to this rule is baby bottles containing milk, which are allowed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone!
Are children allowed into the venue?
Our concerts are family-friendly and open to all ages, offering a fun and welcoming atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. We’re all about creating an inclusive space where families can connect, relax, and make lasting memories together.

Is there are alcohol free zone?
For those who prefer a more relaxed, alcohol-free environment, we provide a dedicated Alcohol-Free Zone at each concert.
This area ensures that everyone can enjoy the music in a comfortable and quiet space, free from alcohol consumption. Whether you’re attending with children, prefer not to drink, or simply enjoy a calmer atmosphere, the Alcohol-Free Zone offers the perfect spot to soak in the performance. Enjoy the music, the company, and the serene surroundings—alcohol-free.
What are the concert timings?
The concert day runs smoothly with a set schedule to ensure you have an enjoyable experience.
4:00 PM – Gates Open: Arrive early to grab your spot, enjoy some refreshments, and soak in the atmosphere before the performance begins.
5:00 PM – Concert Starts: The show kicks off with live music, setting the perfect tone for the evening.
6:00 PM – 6:30 PM – Dinner Break: A half-hour break to enjoy your delicious meal, catch up with friends, and refresh for the next set of music.
6:30 PM – Concert Resumes: The music continues, bringing you more of the live entertainment you love.
7:30 PM – Concert Ends: A perfect end to a beautiful evening of music and fun.
Are there shuttle buses?
For those attending the concert on the Chatham Islands, we are pleased to offer a shuttle service to and from the venue. This is the only location where this service is available. Can I get a pass out?
No, pass outs are not permitted. If you leave the concert, your wristband will be removed and re-entry will not be allowed. In emergency situations, one of our staff members will accompany you to your vehicle.Toggle Content
What can I bring into the concert
What you can bring may vary slightly between concerts, but here’s a general guide:
Food (Chatham Island concerts only)
Chilly bins
Trollies
Picnic rugs
Camping chairs (any size – just be mindful of those around you)
Empty, reusable non-glass drink bottles – free water refills will be available on site
Always check the specific concert info for any additional guidelines.
What items are prohibited?
These items are prohibited at all concert. You have the choice of having the items confiscated or you can return them to your vehicle.
- Our venues are glass free – this includes wine glasses, picnic glasses, glass bottles, glass perfume bottles, glass containers, glass drink bottles – no glass of any kind.
- Alcohol
- Knives, Weapons or explosives of any kind – including cheese or steel knives of any kind, or potential missiles. Please pack plastic knives and forks if you’re bringing your own food.
- Drugs or Illegal substances
- Animals (excluding service dogs such as guide dogs and police/emergency service dogs).
- Flares, fireworks, or sparklers.
- Fires and open flames of any kind.
- Sound systems.
- Portable laser equipment and pens.
- Drones or any other remote flying device
- Professional photography equipment (e.g., telephoto lenses; any lens over 20cm; any detachable lens; stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks (selfie sticks) or other commercial equipment or anything deemed by Concert staff to be professional photography equipment).
- Skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, bicycles, quad-bikes, Segways or any personal motorised vehicles.
- No unauthorised solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples, etc.
- No Offensive Clothing or Gang affiliated clothing or insignia.
- Any other item deemed to be dangerous or offensive or potentially dangerous by Concert organisers.
- Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons.
What if it rains?
The show will go on rain, hail, or shine so come prepared for NZ’s changeable weather.
If unforeseen weather prevents the concert from going ahead on the scheduled day, the event will be postponed to the following day, which has been designated as the official “rain day.”
Is the event accessible?
Our concerts are held outdoors on grassy areas, and the events are wheelchair accessible.
Parking will be available closer to the entrance for those with mobility needs, but please note that the venue surface is grass, so consider this when planning your visit.
